This role requires a strong combination of product leadership, healthcare claims expertise, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Claims SMEs to translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions that drive measurable financial outcomesKey Duties will be: Understand and know the roadmap and overall product strategyOwn product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes (MCS, precision, ROI)Translate claims/payment accuracy problems into product and analytics use casesPartner with Data Science and Data Engineering to deliver scalable solutionsPrioritize which new features in the backlog will be added to the productUnderstand the customer needs and be able to interpret customer feedbackDevelop and implement plans to achieve business goalsProactively support project and/or business by creating project documents, timelines that identify key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s)Serve as the voice & champion of POA by driving the growth of the analytics program in a methodical & orderly manner with proper business controls and reporting built into the programIdentify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on a broad view of the organizationWork directly with vendors and business partners to resolve issues and in a timely mannerFacilitate project teams and present updates to leadership, influencing various internal (cross-functional/segment) and external parties (e.g., vendor management).Identify issues that may stall project and address them by either direct resolution, creating an alternative solution, or escalation to leadershipTrack progress and communicate project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.Build communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completionRequired Qualifications5+ years of product management experience, preferably in analytics or healthcare products3+ years healthcare claims or payment accuracy experienceExperience working with Data Science or Data Engineering teamsPreferred QualificationsCross functional matrix partnership experienceFinancial acumenAgile, Lean and/or Six Sigma Project Management skillsClaims processing experience or End-to-End claims knowledgeEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
