Job Description:Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.Financial Analyst, Real Estate and Workplace Experience Finance TeamThe Financial Analyst serves as a member of the Finance and Transaction and Leasing Team, you will play a critical role in driving excellence.The analyst will support Fidelity’s Real Estate and Workplace Experience organization, support expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties. This role is responsible for providing clear financial insights, ensuring cost transparency, monitoring budget adherence, and supporting data-driven decision-making for real estate operations.Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective collaboration, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
