Provide high level tooling support to team engineersCollaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost and time to marketBe responsible for end-to-end application delivery including coordination with required teams for production deploymentContinuously monitoring application health and KPIs, support triage of any production issues as and when neededCollaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features, service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issuesBe an advocate of security best practices, champion and support the importance of security within engineeringProvide technical guidance and mentoring to the fellow engineers in software design and development activitiesJob duties may change at any time due to business needsAI tools usage in the development and improve the processRequired Qualifications7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience preferably with Kotlin5+ years experience with modern Android development frameworks such as Jetpack compose, MVVM, Dependency Injection framework5+ years experience working with cross-functional teams such as design, product, data teams to deliver great user experiences7+ years experience in influencing large organizations on best practices in Mobile Android/iOS development3+ years of accessibility experience/Telemetry and observability experience beyond FirebasePreferred QualificationsStrong desire to build in test from the start with TDD development experience. Continuous delivery in mobile, code review, static analysis, continuous integration, automation, and functional testing (using Screenshot, Junit)Experience in handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBFF (Backend for FrontEnd) and GraphQLExpertise in Android tools, frameworks and Reactive Programming and building Design Systems librariesIntegrating with third party frameworks, tools, and SDKsExperience with authenticated session using OAuth and authenticated tokensExperience with build systems on highly modularized apps (Firebase Cloud, CircleCI, Github actions)Static and dynamic analyzers (lint, Custom Rules)Experience with security analysis and vulnerability managementExperience as a mentorship program to guide junior developer in their career growth• • Significant contributions of released Customer facing applications on the Google play storePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:€65,000.00 - €165,000.00 We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on: 13/07/2026
