In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of how Anduril's Corporate Security team functions to protect our people, assets, and information, enabling the company's mission and growth. You will gain hands-on experience across four critical security disciplines: Strategic Security Services, Global Security Operations, Specialty Programs, and Technical Security. This program will establish a foundational knowledge base and critical skills that will be a springboard for a successful career in corporate security. We are looking for proactive problem-solvers with impeccable analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and a high degree of adaptability and discretion. If you are a highly motivated recent grad, who is eager to learn and make a visible impact in safeguarding a cutting-edge technology company, this program is for you. WHAT YOU’LL DO Rotate through four key Corporate Security teams over 12 months (4 months each): Rotation 1: Strategic Security Services (Travel Security, GSOC & Threat Intelligence): Contribute to assessing travel risks and developing mitigation strategies, support 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) monitoring and incident response protocols, and assist in the analysis and dissemination of relevant threat intelligence to key stakeholders. Rotation 2: Global Security Operations (Physical Site Security Management, Guard Vendor Management, Event Security, Manufacturing Security, Badging Operations, M&A, & TCPs): Assist with physical security assessments, support the oversight of guard force vendors, aid in planning and executing security for company events, learn and contribute to manufacturing security protocols, support badging and access control operations, participate in security integration aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and assist with Technology Control Plan (TCP) implementation. Rotation 3: Specialty Programs (Crisis Management, Law Enforcement Liaison Program & CorpSec Investigations): Support the development and refinement of crisis management plans and exercises, assist in fostering relationships and coordinating with law enforcement agencies, and learn the fundamentals of corporate security investigations, including evidence collection and reporting. Translate complex security data, risk assessments, and incident reports into actionable insights through executive briefings, dashboards, and written summaries. You'll present findings in regular team syncs and contribute to strategic planning, making recommendations that enhance security posture and drive proactive initiatives. Develop your communication skills by learning to convey the "so what" behind security intelligence and incidents to both security and non-security stakeholders. Join a cohort of high-potential early-career professionals with access to structured mentorship from Corporate Security leaders (e.g., monthly 1:1s) and dedicated on-the-job skill-building workshops (e.g., risk assessment methodologies, incident response protocols, security technology overviews, investigative techniques). Drive measurable improvements in day-to-day security operations, collaborating on cross-functional projects with Growth, Engineering, Manufacturing, People Operations, Legal, and IT teams. Through this, you’ll establish a deep understanding of how Corporate Security partners across the business to ensure mission success. Successfully complete the 12-month program through demonstrated security acumen, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery, while receiving regular feedback.
