Job description

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated OT Engineer to join our team. As an OT Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and other automation solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.Responsibilities:Ensure smooth interaction of various control systems to enhance overall manufacturing efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize operational technology systemsConduct regular maintenance of OT systems and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing solutions to minimize production interruptionsImplement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect OT assets and data integrityIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment through the application of new technologies and methodologiesProvide training and support to operational staff on the proper use and maintenance of technology systemsWork closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Quality, and other stakeholders to understand operational needs and challengesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operational technology, automation, or control systems in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industryKnowledge of systems such as PLC, HMI, and SCADAKnowledge of Siemens S7 and TIA PortalFamiliarity with ISA95 and ITIL processesFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices in a manufacturing settingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative work environmentThe chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operationsA comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the roleA supportive team that values innovation, creativity, and teamworkLocation(s)Elst Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
