Job DescriptionFinancial Analyst, RGMX at a Glance….Location: Toronto, ONHybrid: 3 days/week The Financial Analyst, RGMX will provide support for financial analysis of trade promotions within the revenue growth management organization related efforts across business units for all Customers. This individual will also provide support for ad-hoc pricing/promotion related projects and analysis as requested by the Sales team.What’s on the menu?Provide support for financial analysis of promotional related efforts across all customersWork with the sales team and ensure guidelines and guardrails are executed successfully and trade spend is efficiently spent for the assigned customersBuild analyses and suggestions for trade spend optimization, to maximize profitable growth and sharePartner with Sales Team (CCM/CBL/CVP) and influence them in optimizing the promotional calendar to meet broader business strategy objectivesPerform profitability assessment and optimization models through lens of pricing and promotion for customer joint value plansPartner with internal capabilities team to develop and maintain relevant digital toolsSupport the Sales Team in annual negotiations with assigned customer(s)- providing recommendations that meet both customer and company needsCo-ordinate with the sales team and ensure promo events are accurately entered in the TPM/Compass system- provide data requested by manager and trade promotions teamRecipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you!Bachelor's Degree required (in business related field preferred)Prior experience in Revenue Management- Sales Finance- or Category Finance related roles preferred, investment banking, or consulting experience also valuedAdvanced command of Microsoft Excel with ability to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniquesStrong ability to manage by influenceStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing organizational and operational needsAbility to influence and negotiate with cross-functional team membersMotivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$75,100.00 - $93,900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
