So, fancy coming along for the ride? 😃We’re looking for a superbly Wild Associate Business Development Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our growing US Influencer Team in Hoboken, NJ.The Role:We’re looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven, target-oriented performer to help scale Wild’s US growth through high-impact creator partnerships, with a focus on the US market. You’ll help shape our influencer sales strategy in the US and play a key role in scaling our partnerships with creators, agencies, and celebrities to drive traffic, awareness, and sales. This is not a traditional influencer marketing role — this is a revenue-driving position where success is measured by your ability to identify, negotiate, and convert partnerships into measurable sales outcomes.This is a commercial role where you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets. You’ll manage all aspects of discovering and building relationships with talent of all sizes across multiple platforms to deliver impactful campaign activations. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI) This position is LTI eligible.
