Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!This individual will be a primary business partner to Anaplan’s engineers, assisting them with all the administrative parts of the procurement process, which can include: vendor communication, communication with engineering business owner, submitting tickets on business owner’s behalf, and timely follow-ups to ensure all processes and approvals are completed for timely hardware purchases and renewals.   Skills  Strong verbal and written communication skills  A self-starter, willing to jump in to help stakeholders  Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities  Attention to detail and problem- solving skills  Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines  Strong analytical and organizational skills  Experience with Project Management, and the ability to prioritize tasks  Experience with Procurement processes a plus  Not required but ideal: Experience with Datacenter hardware and understanding of Datacenter procurement  Job Description  Develop and maintain vendor relationships through effective communication  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements  Initiate conversations with Vendors on behalf of Business Owners  Input Procurement tickets on behalf of Engineering Business Partners, working with them to collect all information required, tracking tickets through the process to ensure on-time completion  Input Purchase Requisitions, then manage procurement workflows/approvals and track Purchase Orders   Resolve issues related to tickets in coordination with stakeholders  Update contract records after purchase in Anaplan, ensuring all data is correct  Document and report on status of hardware purchases and renewals  Provide coverage for Software Renewals Procurement  Technology Used  Coupa  Workday  Anaplan  ServiceNow  Requirements  2-4 years of Experience  Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and communicate clearly  Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Platform Engineering, and Finance Teams  Specific overlap hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM Pacific Time  Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
