This role will be focused on driving execution of communication strategies, while creating and managing communication tactics in support of business outcomes. Individuals should possess an ability to tell stories across large, complex projects with multiple audiences; ultimately driving alignment and helping teams adopt change effectively.Primary responsibilities would include:Create, develop, and execute effective communication strategies and tactics in support of business needs and project outcomes to support change managementEnsures and leads the communication to and incorporation of feedback from customers on proposed, developing, and completed projects and initiativesDrives alignment and coordination by acting as a liaison between project and business team and communicates status to multiple stakeholdersMeasure effectiveness of communication efforts against project objectives and deliverablesNavigates ambiguity and builds impactful communication plans for all projects and pivotal initiativesFocuses on driving alignment, promoting project awareness, successful achievement of capability adoption, and generating overall support for portfolio activitiesMay perform other responsibilities as assignedIndividuals should possess a firm understanding of current NF business processes, display strong written and verbal communication skills, quickly exercise relationship building skills, possess familiarity with standard project management practice, and be comfortable juggling multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Individuals should be naturally curious and thrive in ambiguity while executing project communication needs to help teams adopt change effectively. Individuals should possess proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate, remove roadblocks, and act as a primary liaison between project members and business to ensure collaboration and consistency across.The ideal candidate is forward thinking and drives the need for continuous improvements of communication strategies and tactics across each project and the portfolio.
