This position provides relationship-based support, including training, technical assistance, and coaching, to family child care providers in an assigned region of Arkansas, while contributing to statewide network efforts as needed.Regular and reliable attendance is expected, as is the ability to build and maintain collegial working relationships. This is a one-year appointment, renewable based on the need for the position, funding availability, and satisfactory performance. This position is a remote position serving the following counties in Northeast Arkansas: Craighead, Mississippi, Poinsett, Cross, Crittenden, Jackson, Woodruff, Independence, Lawrence, Greene, Clay, Randolph, Sharp, Izard, Fulton, and Stone.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:CDA credential or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher educationAt least three years of experience providing direct services to children and families within the child care communityAt least three years of experience in early childhood programs, with knowledge of state licensing regulations and quality improvement systems preferred.
