12 Month FTCHybrid Role (2 days on-site in Letterkenny)PGIM Ireland are seeking to hire a Data Analyst - Process Management for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services who are responsible for the servicing and asset management of commercial loans originated by PGIM Real Estate (PGIM RE) outside of the United States. Irish hours will apply from Monday to Friday, however there is a requirement to be flexible, specifically during peak times. Hours are subject to change in line with role requirements.What You Can Expect:Cultivate both internal and external relationships to ensure proper service levels are achieved for each portfolio functionReporting to internal and external stakeholders based on multiple SLA’sCompilation & delivery of data across multiple platformsProactively identify & communicate trends/issues to relevant stakeholdersLead and manage special projects as assigned, as well as propose and drive process enhancements and automationCollaborate with multiple areas of PGIM RE to ensure the highest level of serviceServicing/Cash Management – Calculation of debt service, delivery of billing lettersSurveillance – Review of compliance certificates, calculations to confirm covenant adherence, review and analysis of property monitoring reportsBanking Admin - Managing multiple international bank and borrower relationshipsTreasury – cash movements for multipleAnticipate issues that may adversely affect portfolio performance and take action to reduce risksReview policies and procedures and ensure consistency across the regions Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree requiredExperience in database design and maintenanceProficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or RStrong background in Data Analytics and/or Data ScienceAbility to analyse complex datasets and identify underlying drivers of performanceExperience managing multiple responsibilities within tight and challenging deadlinesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable)Hands-on experience with automation and low-code platforms, including: Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Analytics)Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholdersSelf-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong time management capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of or interest in the financial services industry is desirable*PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
