Senior Portfolio Analyst

Work Flexibility: HybridAs Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of usage-based finance agreements. You will work closely with the Flex Financial Analyst, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and provide insights that support revenue growth. You will gain exposure to multiple functions by working closely with local country finance teams, the Poland Finance Center, and divisional finance. Critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information in a clear, concise way are essential. You will independently handle complex tasks and contribute to continuous improvements of our processes, while supporting the broader team’s initiatives.    Who we want:Organized communicators. People who naturally see opportunities to develop and optimize work processes – finding ways to simplify, standardize and automate.What you will do:Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with stakeholdersPartner closely with our sales teams to monitor contract complianceTrack Supplier Equipment and Product Placement AgreementsPrepare and distribute compliance reportsCalculate and monitor customer performance in line with contract terms  Identify shortfalls and support the true-up billing processPrepare monthly reports and reconciliationsWhat you will need:Bachelor’s degree2+ years general accounting, finance, data analytics or related experienceFluency in EnglishStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills  High attention to detail and strong organization/time management skillsKnowledge of US GAAP (preferred)Travel Percentage: 10%
