Job DescriptionAs a Member of the TTD Team, You Will  Meet with multiple levels of the organization across different business functions to identify, understand, and document business processesFacilitate discussions with business and IT stakeholders to identify current state pain points and business requirementsDevelop global standard processes and improvements, leveraging project management tools to develop and execute plans for enterprise system implementations with supporting change managementCollaborate with Transformation workstreams to implement standards for master data management and process improvements leveraging digital solutionsDevelop system requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, assist with performing testing, support technology deployments, and perform hyper-care activitiesGain cutting edge technology experience (SAP S4 Hana) and cross functional exposure that will allow you the flexibility to manage and develop your career. Key Responsibilities:Lead key areas of the Global Product Cost solution and TTD transformational roadmap using program management approaches (Planning, Design, UAT, Training, Change Management, Implementation, Customer Experience, and Hypercare)Assess current state processes and develop future state system requirements/processes to drive efficiencies, standardization, improve customer experience with the objective of best in classSolutioning of pain points while leveraging a ‘fit to standard’ approach wherever possibleInteract and effectively present ideas to leadershipDevelop and present training materials for a global audienceDevelop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experienceBuild relationships and effectively work with Transformation, Information Technology, Business Units, Controllership, and Finance OrganizationsProvide customer support and drive the utilization of new toolsets and technology throughout the organization support business during go live and hypercareLead and/or support special projects including processimprovements, scope determination, stakeholder communications, project deliverables,and timeline adherenceDrive integration across the transformation teams and ecosystemLead key areas of the Global Product Cost solution and TTD transformational roadmap using program management approaches (Planning, Design, UAT, Training, Change Management, Implementation, Customer Experience, and Hypercare)Required Qualifications:A bachelor’s or master’s degree with major in accounting, finance, IT or business administration5+ years overall finance or accounting experienceExperience/knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana financial system functionalityFinance and Accounting system implementation experienceDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnershipsAbility to be a change agent, using influence, education, and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changesAbility to transform existing processes and design a future state aligned with a newly envisioned operating modelExceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a matrix organizationOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with all levels of managementDemonstrated ability to ask tough questions respectfully and maintain poise when challenged by others, including leadershipAbility to look ahead and identify potential risks/issues before they come to fruition and to recommend and plan actions accordinglyHighly proficient personal computing skills and technology drive (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Ability to prioritize assignments/projects, multitask within aggressivetime constraints, and work with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications: Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Cash Application, Treasury, FP&A, General Ledger system or process experienceInternal controls experience and knowledgeBasic knowledge of SAP CO, MM, PPCPALocation: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid.
