Job DescriptionPosition SummaryLead the Transformation Team for Global Markets and Warehouses. Own the redesign of distributed operational workflows using modern collaboration tools, AI, and automation built on approved platform capabilities. Serve as the product manager for the transformation by defining the problem, prioritizing the work, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption and handoff.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end team delivery, including workflow redesign and transformation execution for Global Markets and WarehousesPartner with the business sponsor to translate goals into a prioritized roadmapLead the team across engineering, operations stakeholders, and matrixed platform and change resourcesRun discovery activities including workflow mapping, coordination-point analysis, frontline collaboration review, use case identification, and pilot planningEnforce architectural compliance and ensure reuse of approved platform capabilitiesEscalate missing platform capabilities or required controls rather than allowing shadow architectureDrive adoption and behavior change in partnership with embedded change leadsEnsure every AI-enabled workflow, prompt-based solution, or automated agent receives required review and approval before deploymentDefine and track success metrics tied to responsiveness, operational coordination, cycle time, and user adoptionManage to clear, time-bound exit criteriaDeliver a validated sustainment plan, complete documentation, and signed handoff to the business sustainment ownerDecision RightsOwns:Team backlog and prioritization, jointly with the business sponsorDelivery approachDay-to-day team executionDoes not own:Platform standardsSecurity, compliance, or governance approvalFinal business priorities, which remain with the business functionDistinction from the Business SponsorThe Team Lead is the delivery owner and is accountable for how the work gets done and how execution moves forward. The business sponsor owns outcomes, priorities, and functional adoption and is accountable for what is being solved and why it matters. These roles work in close partnership, but they are not interchangeable.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)8 to 10+ years in product management or transformation delivery, ideally in enterprise collaboration, SaaS, automation, or AIProven experience delivering cross-functional product or workflow initiatives through adoptionStrong stakeholder management with distributed operational teams and senior business leadersFamiliarity with modern productivity suites, AI-enabled workflows, automation, and change managementAbility to drive change across geographically dispersed teams and varied operating environmentsWhat Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)Experience in global operations, market-facing processes, warehouse operations, or distributed workforce transformationExperience defining and tracking value realization metrics, including adoption, productivity, control/compliance, and sustainment outcomes, for enterprise workflow transformation initiatives.Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable, platform-aligned solutions that maximize reuse and avoid one-off tooling or shadow processes.Experience establishing durable sustainment models, including operating procedures, documentation, ownership transitions, and post-launch governance for artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and collaboration solutions.Experience driving transformation across distributed, field-based, or geographically dispersed teams.Experience improving workflows that rely on cross-site coordination, operational responsiveness, and localized execution consistency.Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of the California Bay Area.The salary range for this role is $134,700 to $245,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performanceBenefits: GM offers a variety of health and wellbeing benefit programs.
