Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Role Definition PLCT Application team lead is responsible for guiding a team of developers in building and maintaining solutions using ReactJS & NodeJS tech stack. This role involves team & technical leadership, code quality oversight, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.  Roles & Responsibilities Collaborating with the tech lead to design, document & develop features and sub-modules. Implement the entire feature & its components into action. Ensure to adhere to coding standards, appropriate design patterns, developing test cases, and project management procedures. Work autonomously and proactively with minimal supervision to deliver production-ready code Understanding of HTML5, React, Node.js, and SQL to develop workable web app features and components Creating RESTful services with Node.js Produce Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Reviewing code, providing feedback, and ensuring code adheres to established standards and guidelines to the individuals in the team. Estimating tasks, planning sprints, and managing multiple concurrent tasks to ensure timely project delivery. Lead any debug and troubleshoot sessions and resolve any difficulties that occur within the team. Keep up with the recent trends and innovations in your field. Create maintainable, scalable code of the highest calibre.  Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline with 10+ years of hands-on experience Expert level knowledge and experience in ReactJS and NodeJS Understanding of algorithms and data structures. Experience using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON) Strong knowledge of typescript and other HTML/CSS standards Thorough command of HTTP protocol and the client processing of server-side code Practical experience in system performance improvement and optimization approaches Strong & working knowledge of Azure cloud technology Strong & working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in changing environment  Desired Skills: Knowledge & awareness of Windows services is a plus Knowledge & awareness of Python language is a plus Knowledge & awareness of C#, .NET is a plus Knowledge & awareness of Industrial/Automotive protocols is a plus  Skill DescriptorsDecision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques;
