Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for executing Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, programs, and solutions that align with business and enterprise goals. The position serves as a strategic learning architect and partner, designing and delivering scalable, innovative, and inclusive learning experiences—particularly in leadership development—that drive measurable performance outcomes across a global organization.This role is based in Canada, with a requirement that candidates be located in Ontario.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver enterprise-level learning solutions aligned to business and enterprise strategyBuild scalable, repeatable leadership development programs (not one-off training)Determine the appropriate learning solution (e.g., job aid vs. full program)Consult and partner with stakeholdersTranslate business needs into impactful learning strategiesInfluence senior leaders and stakeholders on learning approaches and prioritiesLead large-scale learning initiativesManage and execute enterprise-wide or global programsCollaborate cross-functionally with business partners, advisory teams, and learning teamsDevelop digital learning contentIndependently create learning solutions using Articulate Rise and Storyline (required)Leverage additional tools as needed (e.g., Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Audition)Apply modern learning technologiesIncorporate AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning strategiesMaintain awareness of emerging technologies such as VR/AREnsure global, inclusive, and accessible designDesign for a diverse workforce with accessibility compliance (legal standards)Ensure content is inclusive, localized, and accommodates varying learner needsMeasure and improve learning impactUse data and analytics to evaluate effectivenessContinuously refine programs to improve performance outcomesExperience• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.Functional Skills:Enterprise leadership development program design and deliveryAdvanced instructional design and digital content developmentProficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline (non-negotiable)Familiarity with additional tools (Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Audition preferred)AI and emerging technology application in learning designStrategic thinking and stakeholder influenceData-driven decision-making and learning analyticsGlobal learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, Section 508)Consultative communication and cross-functional collaborationProject management and execution of large-scale initiativesSkillsFacilitation, Learning and Development (L&D), Learning Materials Development, Learning Systems, Training Programs CompensationBase compensation offered for this role is $84,000.00 - $131,850.00 CAD annually and is based on experience and qualifications.Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.
