Then we would love to have you join us!Genmab is expanding the Finance organization to support growth and the implementation of new enhanced systems and processes globally. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the financial planning of our expanding Corporate and Enabling functions for the global business. In this role, you will be responsible for the global financial planning, analysis, and controlling of several areas including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Facilities, Real Estate, Capital Projects, and others. In addition, this position will lead the corporate FP&A monthly close activities (including reviews of prepaid expenses, monthly accrual support, monthly reporting, etc.).The Senior Manager, FP&A will work closely with the business to provide real-time financial support and analysis and be a trusted business partner. This role will be responsible for assisting with the generation of business insights and analysis along with facilitating the budgeting and forecasting processes. You will be part of the Global Finance team reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization with the overall goal of supporting the development of new and innovative medicines for cancer patients.Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the global finance team and business to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and ad-hoc analysis/reportingCollaborate and build relationships with colleagues globally across the Genmab GroupFinancial management and controlling of global enabling functions including preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and analysisDevelop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers of the global enabling functions as the finance leader of this areaDemonstrate continuous effort to improve financial procedures leveraging newly acquired technology including Adaptive Insights, Planisware, and WorkdayOther responsibilities and projects assigned by the Associate Director of Financial Planning & AnalysisRequirementsBachelor's degree required in Finance and/or Accounting: Master’s Degree preferred8+ years of progressive experience in financeYou are used to navigating in an international environment among different culturesExperience of working in different Finance systems and highly experienced within ExcelExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, including presentation skillsProficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)You can work independently with various tasks and enjoy supporting the business with your know-howYou thrive in a dynamic environment, where projects define your day and prioritiesExcellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, planning and execution skillsYou are motivated to work as part of a global team in a growing organization and enjoy collaboration with various stakeholders in an international environmentStrong business acumen, including industry specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.Results-and goal-oriented and committed to contributing to the overall success of Finance and Genmab.You are proactive and have a constant focus on delivering the highest possible qualityFor US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$122,960.00---$184,440.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
