Job DescriptionManager, IT - OTC at a glance...Location: Toronto, ONHybrid: 3 days/weekWhat's on the menu?Manage a team of external IT technical resources to ensure reliability of all SAP-related Order-to-Cash and Bill-to-Cash applications globally.Take ownership for IT reliability in assigned areas globally.Be a subject matter expert for SAP Source Thru PayLead timely issue identification, resolution & escalation when appropriate.· Foster an active relationship with the business & functional IT teams in related areas.Assist with the enhancement process in assigned area, working with IT lead to ensure that all system enhancements follow the established process and are fully tested prior to promotion to production systems.Participate in Transition to Support and Knowledge Transfer for all major updates/upgrades and/or new application rollouts.Assist the lead to ensure that the IT operations team have proper level of knowledge and documentation to properly support all applications in assigned area.Continuously work to improve reliability, proactive and predictive monitoring, and customer experience.Work across the global supply chain operations team to ensure full support is provided for compliance with SOX and other auditsRecipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related business field.Possess End to End knowledge of global supply chain business processes, associated systems and technology in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.Have a minimum of 5 years of functional/technical experience with SAP and/or related Supply Chain Applications, including a knowledge of Source to Pay processes.Have SAP S/4 Certification (or relevant experience) in Source to Pay or related area.Are able to work in diverse and global teamsPossess relationship management skills along with the ability to lead and motivate external team membersCan communicate clearly with IT and Business partners, both verbally and in written form.Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$118,600.00 - $148,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
