It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to enhance your leadership skills ahead of a big and diverse team. You will have unique exposure with Brazil's Head of Sales and Brazil's Head of Finance on topics related to Power of One. And strong interfaces with SC Planning, BU Commercial Finance, CBD, to guarantee the correct visibility of sales and TMI provisions.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BERequired monthly postings (rebates, discounts off, provisions, etc.)Ensure that accounting (SAP FI) reflects the reality of the businessPerform quality controls / financial sense of accounting and reportsManage the different tools/systems for TMI and Turnover calculationValuation and consolidation of different plan scenarios (extraction and processing of volumes by customer/sku, valuation of TMI ON/OFF)Local contact point for the Turnover line: queries/questionsEnable business growth while protecting cash and managing credit riskSet credit limits aligned with customer risk and commercial strategyOwn cash collection performance and overdue reductionEstablish strong governance and controlsImprove process efficiency through better and faster tools to all Finance National teams and BUs.Lead and develop a high performing team.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsBachelor’s degree completed.
