JOB PURPOSEThe CDF Manager of Brazil will be a key partner to the cross-functional teams to deliver value through the planning process and control of the turnover P&L line.The role reports to FET above Markets Director, working closely with peers across finance of both National and Business Units’ functions. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to enhance your leadership skills ahead of a big and diverse team. You will have unique exposure with Brazil's Head of Sales and Brazil's Head of Finance on topics related to Power of One. And strong interfaces with SC Planning, BU Commercial Finance, CBD, to guarantee the correct visibility of sales and TMI provisions.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BERequired monthly postings (rebates, discounts off, provisions, etc.)Ensure that accounting (SAP FI) reflects the reality of the businessPerform quality controls / financial sense of accounting and reportsManage the different tools/systems for TMI and Turnover calculationValuation and consolidation of different plan scenarios (extraction and processing of volumes by customer/sku, valuation of TMI ON/OFF)Local contact point for the Turnover line: queries/questionsEnable business growth while protecting cash and managing credit riskSet credit limits aligned with customer risk and commercial strategyOwn cash collection performance and overdue reductionEstablish strong governance and controlsImprove process efficiency through better and faster tools to all Finance National teams and BUs.Lead and develop a high performing team.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsBachelor’s degree completed. Preferrably in Engineering area.Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.Spanish intermediateStrong financial analysis and budgeting skills.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Stakeholder managementFinancial Planning and ReportingExperience of working effectively in cross functional teamsBusiness acumen & data driven decision makingAbility to understand the big picture but also comfortable with details.SkillsAbility to build networks and manage different senior stakeholders.Energetic, highly motivated, with an inquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of unlocking value opportunities.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels within a matrix organizationExcellent negotiation and communication (both oral and written) skills with demonstrated ability to present ideas and influence others.Resilience and confidence to drive change.LeadershipYou are an inclusive motivator of people.
