This role requires strong business acumen, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendars, scheduling across multiple time zones and prioritizing critical meetingsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and internal approvalPrepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendasAct as a gatekeeper to optimize leader’s time and focusProvide proactive ad‑hoc administrative and operational support as required by senior leadershipStakeholder & Communication ManagementServe as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholdersManage correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and reportsFacilitate communication across regional and global teamsMeeting & Event CoordinationOrganize leadership meetings, town halls, and offsitesPrepare minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverablesCoordinate logistics for executive meetings, press events, conferences, and client engagements, including transport, meals, venues, and on‑site arrangementsOperational ExcellenceDrive administrative processes (procurement, vendor coordination, expense management)Maintain organized filing systems and documentationIdentify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and implement best practicesAssist with audit, legal, and compliance documentation, including preparation, coordination, and delivery of signed and original materialsAssist people team on HR related tasks including employee onboarding and exit supportExpense, Finance & Payment SupportSupport executive expense management, including tracking T&E and preparing expense reportCoordinate with Finance & vendor to support office daily operation including payment & contract renewalWork with Finance to support on Tax related tasksConfidentiality & GovernanceHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretionEnsure compliance with internal policies and corporate governance standardsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a multinational environmentStrong organizational and multitasking capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred)High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience in financial services or technology sectors is an advantageCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
