We also offer systematic alpha and alternative strategies to complement clients' core holdings.This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.ABOUT THE TEAMParametric's Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO) is a varied group of Program and Project Managers at multiple levels. Our primary purpose is to drive the delivery of critical programs and projects that are structured to achieve our corporate strategy. We also serve as the central point of coordination for stakeholders, ensuring scope, timelines, blockers, and dependencies are effectively managed.While we are focused on alignment of programs with corporate objectives and successful delivery, we place equal emphasis on individual career growth and continued improvement of SPMO capabilities. This focus on individual growth paired with continuous SPMO improvement helps ensure the team remains adaptable, high-performing, and positioned to support evolving business needs.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Program Manager will be a key member of Parametric's growing Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO). This role will support multiple business teams and partner closely with technology teams to help plan, coordinate, and deliver high priority initiatives. The Program Manager will assist in managing individual large-scale projects that contribute to the execution of corporate strategy.This role supports the delivery of complex projects by helping coordinate multiple projects, track progress against plans, and identify risks and dependencies. Program Managers work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, assist in maintaining project plans, and help remove roadblocks to keep work moving forward. This position plays an important role in connecting strategic goals with day-to-day execution, with a focus on organization, communication, and follow-through.You will collaborate across departments to support alignment, contribute to building effective tools and processes, and help ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. The role reports to the Director, Strategy Enablement and works closely with business stakeholders and IT partners across the organization.As part of the SPMO, you will contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. You will support relationship building across teams and have opportunities to grow your project and program management skills while contributing to key business priorities.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITESManage implementation activities for high profile, high visibility, concurrent work-streams. Lead program steering committee meetings to provide program updates and clear blockers. Develop and deliver program communications and roadmaps. Lead the team through translating business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leaders on work-breakdown. Drive issue resolution. Track OKRs and program success metrics. Bring together cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver connected, enterprise strategies, solutions, capabilities, and execution roadmaps. Participate in building and maintaining PMO standards, processes, and controls across the enterprise portfolio. JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree is a plus.5+ years of Program Management experience required, with proven ability to manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams. Financial Investment Management experience is a strong plus. Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries – not a “go between” but rather facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan. Proven ability to write well-formed, clear communications and documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM certification, progress toward, or desire to obtain is desired.Ability to affect change at ParametricDemonstrated effectivenessHighly organized and accountable; can lead and support others through complex programs/projects and strategic deliveriesAbility to work well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentParametric believes each member of our organization makes a significant contribution to our success.
