Examples of Front Store licensure include, but are not limited to, food permits,alarm permits, and hazardous waste registrations. This role supports CVS retail operationsthrough the renewal, maintenance, and coordination of Front Store licensure, as well aslicensing activities related to new store openings and store relocations. The LicensingAnalyst works in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, partnering cross‑functionally withinternal teams and external agencies to ensure licensing requirements are completedaccurately and within required timelines.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Estimated % TimeManage and process renewals of FrontStore licensure, including food permits,alarm permits, and hazardous wasteregistrations. Ensure timely renewalsubmissions and ongoing compliancethrough coordination with regulatoryagencies.50%Coordinate Front Store licensing activitiesin support of new store openings and storerelocations, including applicationpreparation, submission, status tracking,and follow‑up with internal partners andexternal agencies. Assist the AssociateManager with New/Relo project trackingand progress updates.30%Maintain licensing databases, records, andelectronic files; ensure accuratedocumentation and provide license copies upon request10%Provide general licensing andadministrative support, includingreporting, audit support, and other dutiesas assigned by licensing management.10%Required Qualifications• Intermediate skills in MS Office Products including Excel.• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to set work priorities for multiple tasks.• Ability to perform in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.Preferred Qualifications• Three or more years of experience in a legal, licensing, healthcare, or other regulated environment.• Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skillsEducationBachelors preferredAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
