This intermediate-level position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who brings strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to a dynamic compliance environment.In this role, you make a meaningful impact in a role dedicated to advancing compliance and regulatory excellence. You are involved in efforts to audit and monitor processes, maintain precise records, and manage the full lifecycle of regulatory licensing filings—from research and preparation to submission and documentation. This work may include direct engagement with regulators and the handling of sensitive, confidential information. You’ll also conduct in-depth fact-finding and legal research on moderately complex matters, delivering clear, actionable insights. As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, you’ll provide timely, accurate responses that support informed decision-making and ensure alignment with compliance standards across the organization.To succeed in this role, you will bring:A genuine passion for continuous learning and the ability to embrace new challenges with curiosity and adaptabilityStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsThe ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple regulatory deadlines and concurrent projectsA high level of professionalism, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent both the team and the broader organizationThe capability to build strong cross-functional relationships and, when needed, confidently lead and manage projects to successful completionRequired Qualifications:3+ years of corporate project management experience2+ years of Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel experienceAbility to travel up to 5% (including by plane)Preferred Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate or Work ExperienceAbility to perform legal research with the ability to comprehend legislationKnowledgeable about Pharmacy Benefit ManagersRegulatory license filing experienceProficient in SERFF, NIPR and state filing portalsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substituteAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
