Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryThe Manager, Product Development – Patient Care Programs is a key role on the Patient Care Programs team, bringing deep program knowledge and the agility to manage across program development, execution, and ongoing optimization of pharmacy programs that improve patient access, adherence, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with enterprise teams to drive both program execution and analytics, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and program enhancements from requirements through deployment. The ideal candidate brings a strong managerial presence, ensuring solutions are operationally sound, compliant with regulatory requirements, and clearly understood by stakeholders and the field.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead the development and enhancement of pharmacy programs from end to end, including requirements, testing, piloting, deployment, and post‑launch validationManage cross‑functional partnerships to align on program requirements, enhancements, and issue resolutionDrive project management efforts, including meeting agendas, documentation, SOPs, and leadership presentation materialsOversee the development and maintenance of program tools, workflows, and communications to ensure consistent field executionTranslate findings across initiatives and drive leadership discussions through clear recommendations and progress updatesManage program analytics and reporting, including analysis of program performance, program adoption and utilization, and operational outcomesLeverage data and insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for program owners and leadershipRequired Qualifications4-5 years of experience using data, reporting tools, and presentation materials to drive program analysis and leadership communicationExperience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop materials and present to multi‑level leadership and operational audiencesStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience leading cross‑functional initiatives within healthcare, pharmacy, or product developmentPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with product development processes, including requirements gathering, Agile methods, and User Acceptance TestingExperience with data analysis, reporting, or experimentation to inform operational or product decisionsFamiliarity with program performance metrics and dashboards, with the ability to conduct hands-on analysis and translate insights into recommendationsProject management experienceWorking knowledge of retail pharmacy operations or systems (e.g., RxConnect, POS)EducationBachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
