In this role, you will bring structure to ambiguous problems, generate clear insights quickly, and guide leaders toward decisions that unlock meaningful business impact. You’ll lead fast‑paced strategic sprints, translate complex information into executive‑ready recommendations, and partner across a large matrixed organization to move high‑potential ideas from concept to early testing.As the Sr. Manager, Growth Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in outlining the strategy for the Immunizations portfolio within the retail pharmacy business. You will develop strategic plans that align with the company’s goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities. You will develop short and long term roadmaps that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities.More about you:Skilled at developing and executing complex multi-year strategies and roadmapsExpert communicator and storyteller, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire othersCritical thinker who easily connects the dots across multiple inputs, including various business opportunities, insights, constraints, and experience to discern the best course of actionProactive, takes the initiative to act, and operates with high levels of accountabilityHighly inquisitive and curious, developing a deep understanding of the Immunizations portfolio and its competitive landscapeSkilled collaborator and expert at leading in a matrixed organization, gaining alignment across functions, and influencing without authorityResponsibilitiesLead strategic sprints to evaluate and advance new growth opportunities across the Pharmacy portfolioDevelop clear, data‑driven insights and executive‑ready recommendations to support senior‑level decision‑makingAnalyze market trends, research and competitive intelligence to gather insights and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to define opportunities, build alignment, and move initiatives through incubation and early testingOperate effectively within a dynamic, matrixed environment and support enterprise initiatives as neededRequired Qualifications7+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy), demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance7+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives using data‑driven insights and structured storytellingDemonstrated ability to translate insights, research and analytics into actionable business recommendationsDemonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills as well as demonstrated ability to find structure, logic, and insight in complex business problems to provide meaningful conclusionsStrong project management skills and experience balancing multiple projects or responsibilities simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in healthcare, retail pharmacy, or related industries10+ years of experience developing, implementing, and executing programs3+ years of experience in management consulting post-MBA/advanced degreeHealthcare consulting experienceEducationMBA or advanced degree in business, strategy, or related field requiredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.  Our people fuel our future.
