Mid-Level MP&P Technical Analyst (Metals and Assembly)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense & Space (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level Metals and Assembly Technical Analyst, to join our team in the greater St. Louis area in Berkeley, Missouri. This person will be working on the assembly team supporting the 777X program. They will work close with the production team in support daily operations.Position Responsibilities:Assists with definition of requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes used in the engineering design, manufacture and/or maintenance of Boeing productsProvides knowledge and technical consultation to internal and external customersEvaluates parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specificationsProposes, develops and validates revisions to procedures, engineering specifications and other documents to manage the deployment of tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processesAssists with development and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes to meet requirementsConducts routine analysis to determine performance or reasons for failures of tools, materials, parts or processesAssists in implementing corrective and preventive actionsDetermines suitability of parts, materials and processes and coordinates resolution of issues with suppliers and customersUses project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirementsIncorporates environmental health and safety, LEAN and Quality principles into (1) materials and processes, (2) research, design and qualification, (3) work procedures and (4) labs and office areas.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
