Resource Management: Effectively manage and allocate resources (teams, tools, budget), ensuring that all project phases are adequately staffed and equipped to meet fast-paced timelines. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines. Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed contractual constraints. Technical Oversight and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to teams, in collaboration with experts, on best practices for data center design and deployment, including considerations for power, cooling, networking, and physical security. Continual Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance data center operations. Project Oversight: Travel to up to 60% of data center locations to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with local teams, contractors, and vendors during on-site visits.
