The SSA helps to develop new student scholarship application pool by assisting prospective students via email, phone, and walk-in instruction about the process. This position provides accurate data for scholarship application review and consideration, by calculating scholarship GPAs. This includes maintaining calculation procedures, along with training and evaluation of others who assist with GPA calculation. The SSA assists the program coordinator to develop scholarship application processing workflow standards so as to provide correct and complete pools for each application cycle.
