The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with a willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, international environmentInternship details:Start date: August 2026Location: Istanbul, TürkiyeDuration: 6 months Working hours: 40 h/week Work model: Hybrid (2/3 days in the office) Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutionsAssist in collecting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing commercial performance data from multiple sourcesHelp track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales effectiveness, CRM adoption, commercial deployment, and strategic initiativesPrepare analytical reports, presentations, and insights for leadership reviews and business meetingsSupport process documentation, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement initiativesAssist in monitoring user adoption and performance of commercial tools and platformsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teamsContribute to ad-hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives as requiredRequired Knowledge and Skills: Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in STEM fields or Business or EconomicsFluency in English and TurkishFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis functionsInterest in business analytics, commercial operations, and data-driven decision making Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetStrong communication and presentation skillsWould be a plus:Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BIBasic understanding of data visualization principlesKnowledge of SQL is considered a strong advantageExperience with Tableau, Power Query, Power Automate, or other analytics tools is a plus Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.   Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
