Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.岗位职责焊接质量问题支持与改善快速响应生产现场焊接质量问题，保障生产稳定运行协助开展问题分析并推动改进措施落地负责相关数据收集与整理，为持续改善提供支持工程变更实施按要求更新作业指导书及相关工艺文件执行现场工艺变更，确保变更有效落地组织并开展一线操作人员培训，确保标准执行持续改进支持协助推进产线布局优化及效率提升项目进行现场工时测量与数据分析，支持精益改善新品试制与导入支持参与试制阶段的现场布局规划与准备提供历史数据支持工装设计，并参与设计评审及预验收协助工装、设备的现场安装与调试记录并跟踪新品导入阶段的问题及改进进展间接物料管理负责焊接相关工具及设备的选型与技术确认按流程完成采购申请，确保满足生产需求 任职要求机械工程、材料成型或相关专业本科及以上学历具备扎实的机械图纸识图和理解能力熟练使用办公软件及工程工具（如 CAD、JT、Office 365 等）具备一定数字化意识，能使用 Power BI 等工具者优先具备良好的沟通协调能力及问题分析解决能力对自动化及智能制造有较强兴趣，具有持续学习意愿 Posting Dates:六月 10, 2026 - 六月 19, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to applyNot ready to apply?
