Then we would love to have you join us!The RoleThe Associate Director, US Marketing, Hematology, will develop and implement brand strategies and execution plans for Genmab’s first hematology asset, EPKINLY.  This critical role will report to the Director of EPKINLY HCP Marketing and will be expected to work closely with the US Marketing Team, EPKINLY cross-functional teams, and EPKINLY Alliance collaboration partners. Success in this role will require strong leadership, realizing strategic and tactical synergies, Follicular Lymphoma leadership, and pan-indication brand activities.  Overall, this individual will be an important leader on the brand team, driving strong alignment and partnership with cross-functional and Alliance collaboration partners. Success in this role will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, oncology/hematology (w/ recent launch) experience (highly preferred), and a proven record of accomplishment operating in an emerging/developing organization.Responsibilities Develop and shape key strategies, pull-through prioritized tactics, and live into the overall brand vision set by Genmab organizational leadershipSeamlessly integrate promotional strategies into the overall product brand planDevelop and manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand and launch readiness goalsPartner effectively across Brand and Digital Marketing, within Genmab and across Alliance collaboration, to implement brand campaigns, positioning, and messaging across all brand collateral, including promotion for new indicationsEffectively translate primary & secondary data into insight-driven decision making and actionable strategies and tactics to establish and sustain a competitive marketplace advantageShape peer-to-peer strategies through advisory boards, steering committees and other customer engagement events across FL indicationsWork productively to lead through external agency partners, key internal stakeholders, cross-functional groups within the Genmab organization, as well as Alliance collaboration to drive performance resultsSalesforce Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and develop clear strategic and executional direction for the sales force. Manage project timelines, budgets, and all key deliverables aligned to brand goalsRequirementsA minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.8+ years of professional relevant experience required, including US in-line marketing experienceOncology/hematology marketing experience highly preferred. Prior joint venture/ co-promote / co-marketing alliance experience preferredStrategic and creative mindset.  Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Proven track record of brand performance, including developing strategies and tactics with measurable impact.Track record of driving strong sales force engagement and execution.  Digital and non-personal marketing experience and innovation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences, including management teams.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional team members and stakeholders.  “One team” mentality.Experience working in the highly complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organization preferred.  Self-starter with strong initiative, is proactive and solution-oriented, and can function autonomously.Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment.Resourceful, decisive, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.Commitment to corporate culture of innovation, patient-centricity, inclusion, and compliance.Ability to travel domesticallyFor US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$176,400.00---$264,600.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
