This exceptional team member will perform Finance activities in BMS’s Hyderabad Hub and demonstrate the following attributes:Exceptional expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modellingDeep understanding of the business landscape, market / product trends, and industry dynamics in the marketOutstanding ability to forge strong partnerships with fellow Hub team members and cross-functional hub colleagues to provide high quality services in a timely fashionOpen communication and cooperation to ensure the FP&A Hub in Hyderabad remains an integral part of the local FP&A teams, aligned to broader vision and strategy, and contributes to the overall success of the Finance function and BMSSuccessful candidates will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.A minimum of 6 years of experience is required.The position will be based in the BMS’s Hyderabad Location (expected 50% in-person).Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:FP&A activities Performs financial planning & analysis, (e.g., Revenue, OpEx) and management reporting related activities for site, regional and senior management consumptionBuilds budget and projections for the Hyderabad hubProvides standard and ad-hoc reports to support budgeting process for the Hyderabad hubDevelops various financial reporting schedules timely and accuratelyProvides effective analyses to clearly highlight key trends / variances and rationalePrepares presentations for budget & projection reviews; updates forecast templates as neededPrepares standard analysis and slides to facilitate reviews with local and regional leadershipPrepares analysis of monthly actual variances vs. budget / projection in alignment with standard framework and templatesExecutes special projects, ad-hoc analysis to ensure highly effective outcomesCollaborates with global process ownership team to identify process standardization and automation opportunities through continuous improvementLegal Entity Governance & Audit SupportSupports end-to-end legal entity financial governance including statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance deliverablesPartners with Controllership / GFS / auditors to coordinate audit requirements, ensure timely submission of schedules, and resolve audit queriesDrives audit readiness by maintaining robust documentation, reconciliations, and supporting schedulesSupports legal entity level P&L management, including analysis of intercompany agreements, charging and cost structures.Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities to strengthen internal controls, enhance compliance, and drive efficiencySupports control testing, documentation, and remediation activities to ensure alignment with internal policies and audit requirementsRelationship management and teaming Interacts with other FP&A teams in-market and at the hubInteracts with other functions operating out of the Hyderabad hub as their finance partnerServes as an inspirational and engaging team member who motivates and engages through clear execution of FP&A priorities for the hubShares leading practices and learning with other regional sub-tower teamsCollaborates across Hub sub-towers to drive process standardization and innovationLiaises with external stakeholders (auditors, consultants, advisory firms) to support compliance requirements and business initiativesEstablishes and maintains strong relationships with Senior Manager – Site Finance Lead, Director - Site Finance Head, Executive Director – Head of GBO, Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A), and other Hyderabad service delivery teamsHolds self and others to timelines, quality, and accuracy Risk management Articulates material risks and opportunities and takes an active role supporting Hyderabad hub leads in designing and executing response or contingency plansIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
