Who we are looking for:we are looking for Senior Manager – Low‑Code / No‑Code Configurator & Delivery Support Analyst supports the build, enhancement, and maintenance of low‑code / no‑code automation and reconciliation solutions across State Street Markets Operations.The role is primarily hands‑on and execution‑focused, supporting Delivery Managers and Product Owners in implementing efficiency initiatives. Low‑Code / No‑Code Solution ConfigurationSupport analysis of business requirements and in configuring low‑/no‑code solutions (workflows, rules, UI behavior, automation logic)Build and enhance process improvement solutions using available automation toolsImplement configuration changes and enhancements.Adhere to defined platform standards, performance expectations, and documentation requirements2. Delivery & ExecutionImplementation lifecycle from building through testing, go‑live, and stabilizationAssist Delivery Managers in tracking tasks, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestonesParticipate in solution walkthroughs, validation sessions, and release activitiesEnsure timely completion of assigned deliverables within agreed scope and timelines3. Business Engagement & Automation EnablementWork with business groups to understand process pain points and design solutions with focus on risk reduction and capacity saves.Support identification of automation opportunities using existing tools (reconciliation platforms, robotics, Python, low‑code solutions)Assist with requirement clarification, data analysis, and feasibility inputsMaintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders4. Quality, Testing & ControlsExecute unit testing and support functional and user acceptance testingValidate configurations against acceptance criteria and documented requirementsFollow defined risk, control, and change management standardsSupport audit and control requirements through documentation and evidence preparation5.
