Performs duties necessary to maintain the physical structure in good cosmetic appearance, interior and exterior Hospital. Performs of different tasks which include general minor maintenance, running errands, and providing assistance as required by journeyman engineers.Job Description:EDUCATION:HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Ability to work well with others.Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to organize/ prioritize work.Must have basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and decimals.Must be able to speak, write and read effectively in order to understand work orders, safety notices and other forms of written communication.
