Apply with DoneWithWork — $19.99/moRecruiter III (Remote) Shift timings: 1st shift 8am - 5pm, Monday – Friday EST working hours Duration:6-Month Assignment Location : Remote Position Summary Client is seeking an experienced Recruiter III to support the Technology Division by recruiting top talent for a variety of technical positions, including AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and other technology-focused roles. This is a full-cycle recruiting position requiring strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage a high-volume requisition load. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for approximately 50–70 active requisitions. Source, identify, and assess technical talent using creative and proactive recruiting methods. Recruit for technology roles including AI, Software Engineering, Architecture, and related IT positions. Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring teams. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting metrics. Ensure recruiting activities comply with OFCCP regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support onboarding activities when required. Provide reporting and recruiting updates to leadership. Escalate urgent hiring matters appropriately. Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree. Corporate or agency recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for technical and IT-related positions. High-volume recruiting experience. Experience sourcing passive candidates through various channels. Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare or diagnostic industry recruiting experience. Familiarity with OFCCP regulations. Knowledge of CAP and CLIA regulations. Experience recruiting for AI, Software Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, Data, or Infrastructure roles. Additional Comments/Requirements Remote IT recruiting role. East coast business hours preferred but open to location as long as we have heavy IT recruiting experience.
