Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for finding and placing Safety professionals in temporary/contract positions with our clients. As well as developing, managing, and executing a full cycle talent and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational and business unit goals. This is a salary position with bonus. We offer employees a range of perks including but not limited to: Competitive Pay Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Additional insurance options: Critical Illness, Long-Term, Short-Term Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Employee Assistance Program, Legal Shield 401(k) savings plan with match after 1 year Continuous professional training and development Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and PTO available A paid day off for your birthday and work anniversary Employee-focused culture with appreciation events all year Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Recruiting Assist management in the development and maintenance of written job descriptions and compensation packages for all positions Attract highly qualified candidates through creative recruiting, including social media, community outreach, job boards, and networking through various trade/professional organizations related to the safety industry Source, qualify, and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills Communicate with candidates on the status of their application for employment Collect, analyze, and report on statistical data as it relates to the Company's recruiting practices Oversee onboarding process for new employees, including reference and background checks as well as conducting new hire orientation Qualifications: Must have excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality Must be proactive, self-directed, and highly organized Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of HR recruiting software preferred Education and Experience 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resource experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field Physical Demands Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift and move 25 lbs.
