Our Behavioral Health program offers in center support from licensed mental health specialists and a team of remote Psychiatric providers. As a Sr. Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers and business by supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers and business by leading efforts to build and manage our Telepsychiatry team and collaborate cross-functionally to implement program strategy to support provider engagement and utilization. The Sr. Manager will also partner with regional leaders across Oak Street Health's network of over 230 centers to ensure integrated and collaborative care of our patients.Core ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the refinement and operational oversight of Oak Street Health's enterprise wide Telepsychiatry program serving over 230 centers with 15 psychiatric providersPartner with Telepsych Medical Director to build and manage provider engagement and performance strategyDevelop and implement learning and engagement strategy for psychiatric providersExpand analysis and reporting related to the utilization and integration of telepsychiatry Responsible for driving the integration and utilization of our telepsychiatry program across Oak Street Health's networkDevelop framework for assessing level of integration of BH program at the regional levelPartner with regional leaders across the organization to address barriers to care and integration of the Telepsychiatry programOnboard centers new to BH to ensure effective integration of telepsychiatry Lead the execution of all Telepsych operational initiativesEstablish work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directivesCollaborate with other Behavioral Health leaders to develop ways to improve integration and utilization of the Behavioral Health programWork cross-functionally with Central leaders to ensure effective design and implementation planning including Data, Product, Managed Care Operations, Clinical Operations & Learning, etc.Accountable to key Behavioral Health metrics, including, integration and utilization measuresOther duties as assigned. Required Qualifications7+ years of applicable experience in healthcare / behavioral health / working with healthcare providers; or other similar fields5+ years in a supervisory roleAbility to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholdersStrong leadership and influencing skillsIncredible level of organization and detail orientationAnalytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft ExcelStrong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagementPleasantly persistent approachQuick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguityUS work authorizationEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceOak Street Health is on a mission to “Rebuild healthcare as it should be'', providing personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future.
