Job Details:Job Description: Analyzes complex business problems and develops recommendations, gathers and clarifies business requirements, answers questions about data elements and how they relate to business processes and workflowsWorks within the business process framework to decompose processes; analyzes, simplifies and optimizes processes based on findingsOrganizes business design sessions and blueprinting to arrive at the future state tool, process and people designIdentifies automation opportunities and stays up to date on modern information technology (IT) tools and capabilities, coordinates with business and development team stakeholders whenever a new feature or update is added to a projectRelays client feedback, instructs the development team to make amendments and determines the feasibility of proposed featuresTests feature prototypes by involving clients and recording their experiencesConducts user acceptance testing to determine whether the prototype meets the requirements of the project under considerationPossesses strong communication and customer engagement skills, provides input to system design, making decisions for functionality and configuration, gauging and measuring data quality levels and providing troubleshooting supportOn smaller efforts, performs the project management function, including scope, time, and quality (including data quality) management and may work on several applications, projects and programs simultaneouslyRecords, monitors and publishes critical project, program, process key performance indicators, documents progress and reports to senior stakeholders regularlyReviews existing reports, metrics, makes recommendations to improve quality and efficiency of business processes, when applicableThis position is for a 12-month temporary contract.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or a related degree with 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role)ORMasters degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or a related degree with 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role)Relevant experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) includes:Proven experience gathering documenting and managing complex business and functional requirementsSolid understanding of data structures data flows and data quality managementExperience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing UAT and validating solutions against requirementsAbility to manage multiple priorities across projects applications or programsPreferred Qualifications:Business Process Analysis OptimizationRequirements Elicitation DocumentationStakeholder Engagement FacilitationStrong experience analyzing decomposing and optimizing end to end business processesDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams business UX product engineeringStrong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills including senior stakeholdersData Analysis Data Quality Management, including:User Acceptance Testing user acceptance testing and validationAgile Product Development SupportProcess Mapping plus Workflow DesignDigital Product IT Systems CollaborationProject Coordination Lightweight PM ResponsibilitiesThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
