EV-ICD is shaping the future of non‑transvenous solutions by protecting patients at risk of sudden cardiac death with a defibrillation lead outside of the vasculature.                  To support our next phase, we are seeking an EV‑ICD Portfolio Strategy Leader to help shape, pressure‑test, and advance the long‑range strategy for this critical franchise. This role reports into the DS Director of Core Portfolio Strategy along with the other core portfolio strategy leads and will sit at the center of strategy formation and execution—partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and disciplined decision‑making to execute on the EV-ICD portfolio strategy.The EV‑ICD Portfolio Strategy Leader will combine strong analytical rigor with the ability to tell a compelling strategic story, influence senior leaders, and lead through ambiguity.
