We are seeking candidates with experience in hands-on experience in Data Science (building end-to-end ML models) and has hands-on software experience on building Gen AI based applications and systems.Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive product design and ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, ensuring user-centric solutionsEffectively communicate progress, challenges, learning and success stories to key stakeholdersLead creation of comprehensive playbook and training material to standardize and share SOPs with product development and other analytics teamsSelects analytical techniques and model methods best to solve business problemsEnables delivery of data-analytics & Gen AI projects. Have deep knowledge of the company's supported technology; understand the whole complexity/dependencies between multiple teams, platforms (people, technologies)Communicates intensively with other platform/competencies to comprehend new trends and methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystemUnderstands the customer/stakeholders business needs/priorities and helps build solutions that support our business goalsParticipates in “community of practice” leveraging experience from delivering complex analytics projects.Designs machine learning systems and software to automate predictive modelTransforms data science prototypes and applying appropriate ML algorithms and toolsDevelops ML algorithms to analyze large volumes of historical data to make predictionsEstablishes and manages the close relationship with customers/stakeholdersQualificationsEducation & Work Experience Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree (in Engineering or related field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, etc.) with at least 8+ years relevant experienceSkillset:  Candidates must have -Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, Agile methodologies and backlog management, ensuring iterative and incremental product improvementsStrong problem solving, critical thinking, business analysis and quantitative skillsStrong foundations of statistics and machine learningExpertise in developing scalable, secure, and modular product architectures utilizing concepts of Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering etc,Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience in Software Development and Engineering, and Analytics DeliveryDesign Applications using AWS / GCP / Azure - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a must.
