Experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry is preferred.RequiredExpertise with multi-parameter flow cytometry, developing in vitro assays to investigate immune function and possess a deep knowledge of technologies commonly used to assess immune endpoints.Experience in primary immune cell isolation and stimulation, proliferation and apoptosis assays, immunoassay techniques/platforms (e.g. Western, ELISA, Mesoscale), as well as RT-PCR.Candidate should be competent in standard scientific software used for data analysis (e.g. Microsoft Excel) as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and Graphpad Prism. Good data handling and recording skills as well as the ability to interpret moderately complex data sets and draw appropriate conclusions from them.Excellent organization and ability multi-task and manage multiple projectsAbility to adapt to rapid changes in projects priorities, define and meet aggressive timelinesCommitted to working in a collaborative manner across functional areas within a matrixed organizationExcellent oral and written communication skills.Curious, self-motivated with principled verbal and written communications PreferredExpertise in key areas of autoimmunity focused around modulation of immune response and induction of toleranceExperience with preclinical model systems and human disease tissues and transcriptomic analysesExperience leading biologics or chemistry discovery projectsBackground in clinical immunology, translational biomarkersAbility to analyze multi-OMICs datasets#EligibleforERPRequired Skills: Adaptability, Assay Development, Autoimmune Diseases, Biochemical Assays, Cell Culture Techniques, Detail-Oriented, Drug Target Identification, Flow Cytometry, Immunoassays, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Personal Initiative, Teamwork, TranscriptomicsPreferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HEREUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.  Available benefits
