As Associate Director of US Supply Chain, you will own the end-to-end planning infrastructure that makes that happen — from consensus demand forecasting across all US Business Units to replenishment execution, inventory optimization, and supply risk mitigation across a portfolio of trade and non-trade SKUs.This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role. You will be the connective tissue between Global Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, US Commercial, and Finance — and you’ll be expected to drive outcomes, not just coordinate conversations.WHAT YOU’LL OWNDemand Forecasting & PlanningBuild and maintain SKU-level monthly demand forecasts for the full US portfolio across all Business Units, using a systematic consensus process with commercial and finance partnersOwn forecast accuracy metrics and drive continuous improvement through structured review cyclesProvide demand risk assessments to manufacturing plants to support production planning decisionsInventory & Replenishment ManagementAccountable for ensuring no product falls below 14 days of stock (DOS) at NALO — monitoring the US Short Report daily and executing corrective actions before breaches occurLead the annual safety stock and SOQ review process, including negotiating changes with Global Supply Chain and manufacturingOwn PO creation for the MTO portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial needs and lead time requirementsSupply Risk & Operational ExecutionProactively manage the CPIR report from PBI and lead regular supply risk huddles with cross-functional partnersCoordinate with manufacturing sites and supply planning teams to confirm supply availability, delivery schedules, and accurate dates across MTS and MTO portfoliosCollaborate with GLX and NALO to align warehousing and transportation capacity and develop mitigation strategies ahead of constraintsCompliance & SystemsOwn the US Affiliate OSSCE process, certification, and ongoing system maintenanceEnsure full compliance with supply chain policies, procedures, and documentation standardsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain experience with direct ownership of demand forecasting and inventory replenishmentHands-on SAP experience (IBP or APO strongly preferred)Additional PreferencesAPICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)Experience with advanced planning platforms (Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or equivalent)Familiarity with OSSCE processes and pharmaceutical compliance documentationDemonstrated proficiency in S&OP/consensus forecasting processes across multiple business unitsExperience managing MTO and MTS portfolios with complex lead time and manufacturing site coordination requirementsSpanish proficiency for coordination with Puerto Rico affiliate operationsMBA or equivalent advanced degreeWHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou’ll interface regularly with Global Planning, US Commercial, US and Global Finance, Manufacturing Strategy, NALO, GLX, and manufacturing sites across multiple time zones. The anticipated wage for this position is$127,500 - $187,000Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
