PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirementsTranslate business needs into epics, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteriaParticipate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Perform current-state and future-state analysis, including process flows and gap analysisCollaborate with engineering teams on API-based integrations and system interfacesSupport data-related initiatives, including ETL processes and data transformations using InformaticaAnalyze and validate data using SQL and relational databasesEnsure requirements are traceable, prioritized, and aligned with business and regulatory needsAct as a key liaison between business, product, and technical teamsPreferred Skills:Strong experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to define clear, testable functional and non-functional requirementsWorking knowledge of API-based integrations, including RESTful services, request/response structures, and error handlingAbility to perform current-state and future-state analysis, including process flows, gap analysis, and impact assessmentsHands-on experience analyzing and validating data using SQL across relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and MongoDBFamiliarity with ETL concepts and data flow architectures, including data ingestion, transformation, and downstream consumptionExperience supporting data transformation and integration initiatives using tools such as Informatica (PowerCenter/PowerExchange) from a requirements and validation perspectiveStrong understanding of data quality, data lineage, and reconciliation techniques to support accurate analytics and reportingAbility to create and maintain process diagrams, data models, and interface specifications to support technical designExperience ensuring requirements traceability from business objectives through development, testing, and deliveryComfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with Product Owners, engineers, and QA throughout the SDLCPNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.QualificationsSuccessful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
