(7:00AM - 5:30PM)Key Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities include managing provider in-baskets, performing patient triage, and conducting nurse visits. This position plays a critical role in supporting the entire clinic team while ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. This role functions as a clinic flow coordinator, helping to maintain optimal patient throughput across Family Medicine.Pay Range$35.50 - $53.25Where You Will Work:Atrium Health - One Health Family Medicine & Urgent Care, Center Square - Mooresville; 138 Center Square Drive. We offer Family Medicine for all ages, Urgent Care, Rheumatology, X-ray, and lab services. Our Family Medicine hours are Monday-Thursday 7AM-7PM and Friday 7AM-5:30PM. Our Urgent Care is open Monday-Friday, 10AM-8PM and Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM. The RN Flow position supports our Family Medicine providers with a schedule of 4 days with 10 hour shifts, but we are open to 5 days with 8 hour shifts. This position consists of working thoroughly through in-baskets for providers, triage, nurse visits, completion of forms/FMLA, and assisting clinical staff as needed with their providers.We’re Looking For:Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationFamily Medicine experience preferredNC Vaccine for Children's program experience preferredPhlebotomy/Lab experience preferredBachelors in nursing preferred1 year of RN experience preferredWhat You’ll Do:This role supports a dynamic Family Medicine practice with current clinic operations Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
