Sales Operations Manager

The OpportunityWe are hiring for a Sales Operations Manager to join our India C&P Sales Operations team based in India.This role partners closely with India Sales Leadership to drive forecasting discipline, pipeline management, business cadence, and operational execution across the region. We are looking for someone who can both run the business effectively today and help evolve the Sales Operations function over time.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive weekly forecasting and quarterly outlook cadences with strong pipeline analysis and operational disciplinePartner with Sales Leadership to diagnose performance gaps and develop action plans to improve business outcomesSupport GTM planning, quota setting, territory planning, sales performance tracking, and pipeline governanceImprove operational processes, reporting frameworks, and CRM hygiene to increase efficiency and visibilityBuild scalable dashboards and insights that help drive accountability and decision-makingPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Channel, Renewals, and other ecosystem teamsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related commercial operations rolesStrong hands-on experience across forecasting, pipeline management, QBR support, quota/territory planning, and sales performance managementAbility to influence stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced matrixed environmentStrong Excel skills and experience with CRM/BI tools such as Dynamics, Power BI, etc.Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsHigh proficiency in English (written and oral)About AdobeAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
