About the Team The Enterprise Strategy & Planning team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across DoorDash's Enterprise Partnerships organization in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role specifically supports our Global Restaurants Partnerships business — working with leadership across the US, Canada, and Australia to drive efficient revenue and bottom-line growth with our largest restaurant partners. We sit at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, turning leadership priorities into action and scaling how our restaurant business shows up globally. About the Role As a Manager in Enterprise Strategy & Planning supporting Global Restaurants Partnerships, you will be a key strategic partner to leadership, responsible for shaping how DoorDash engages every major restaurant chain across the US, Canada, and Australia. You will lead high-impact projects spanning industry intelligence, AI-powered stakeholder engagement, partner engagement overhauls, and global coordination of our restaurant strategy. This role is a blend of strategy, analytics, project management, and operational execution — dedicated to scaling the strategic depth our Global Restaurants Partnerships team is known for. We expect this role to be hybrid, with roughly three days per week in the NYC office. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Strategize: Propose, define, and lead end-to-end strategic initiatives that shape how DoorDash engages our largest restaurant partners — from industry intelligence to the global coordination of our restaurant strategy across the US, Canada, and Australia. Build: Stand up the AI-powered systems that compound our team's strategic depth. Examples include an industry intelligence engine that synthesizes industry research with our internal data and a stakeholder engagement model that drives quarterly contact with every key restaurant industry executive. Analyze: Lead data-driven business cases for new initiatives — building forecasts, sizing opportunities, and pressure-testing the assumptions behind our largest restaurant bets. Operate: Overhaul and own the team's operating cadences — including QBRs, OKRs, and business reviews — making them sharper, more decision-oriented, and ruthlessly tied to outcomes. Coordinate: Partner with leadership across the US, Canada, and Australia to align global restaurant strategy and partner proactively with the broader Enterprise Partnerships team. We’re excited about you because… You have 5–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or as a general manager, ideally at a fast-paced tech company. You are highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling in Google Sheets, and are comfortable pulling data in SQL. You're fluent with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) and instinctively reach for them to scale your own output — automating repetitive analysis, drafting structured prompts, and building tools rather than asking someone else to. You are a self-starter with a proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in an ambiguous environment, ideally with experience working across multiple geographies and time zones. You excel at driving stakeholder alignment, managing executive-facing communication, and translating strategy into action. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
