This individual contributor role involves developing and executing category plans, collaborating with business partners, and supporting both regional and global procurement activities. Key responsibilities include negotiating cost-saving agreements, managing supplier performance and relationships, implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, mitigating supply chain risks, and resolving complex issues. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders, resource management capabilities, and a proactive approach to adapting to changing environments. All to enable capacity deliveries at scale and speed.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering & GovernanceAct as a trusted regional procurement partner to business leaders, providing guidance on sourcing strategy, governance, and risk‑based decision makingServe as a primary escalation point for stakeholder issues, resolving conflicts and unblocking deliveryEducate and influence business partners on procurement processes, policies, and value creationIdentify and recommend enhancements to Source‑to‑Pay processes and systems to improve efficiency and complianceRegional Procurement StrategyExecute global procurement strategy with a regional lens, ensuring alignment to business needs and market conditionsDevelop and implement a regional supplier and vendor management strategy that balances cost, risk, capacity, and performanceEstablish procurement goals, metrics, and work plans to meet operational and financial objectivesContribute to category management strategies and action plansMaintain strong market intelligence across suppliers, equipment, industry trends, and competitive dynamicsLead regional procurement teams in consistent execution of strategy across relevant categoriesNegotiations & Commercial ManagementPartner with business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to execute capital and operational purchases that deliver cost savings, reduce lead times, and improve supplier performanceLead and influence commercial negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes while balancing risk, cost, and contractual obligationsEnsure appropriate supply agreements are in place and guide internal teams on contract complianceEngage suppliers at the appropriate levels to drive outcomes that exceed business requirementsSupplier Management & RiskOwn the end‑to‑end supplier management lifecycle for the regionBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and riskIdentify, assess, and mitigate supplier risks related to financial stability, capacity, geography, single‑source exposure, and spend concentrationAct as a senior point of escalation for supplier issues and performance challengesSupport the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliersCost Management & SavingsDrive and deliver cost savings initiatives aligned with organizational commitmentsDevelop and execute cost‑savings proposals in close partnership with suppliers and internal customersCreate and maintain regional cost forecasts and savings trackingResource & Performance ManagementProvide leadership with clear visibility into supplier performance, productivity, and regional outcomesSupport and contribute to regional resource planning across people and budgetAct as an escalation point for resolving resourcing and budgetary challengesContract & Order ManagementOwn relevant contract and supplier documentation, including SOWs, certifications, insurance, and compliance artifactsPartner with Legal throughout the contract lifecycleCollaborate with business partners to define SOWs, commercial terms, and business requirementsManage order management requirements and supplier onboarding within Source‑to‑Pay systemsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, category management, or consultingDemonstrated strength in negotiation, influence, and stakeholder managementExperience leading complex, cross‑functional initiativesComfortable operating in a fast‑changing, ambiguous environmentPreferredMaster’s degree in engineering, technical discipline, or MBAExperience supporting large‑scale industrial, construction, or data center programsExperience with commodity or category management and contract managementWorking knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Coupa, Anaplan, and Microsoft OfficeThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual United States - Denver Office DEO : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual United States - AT1 Atlanta : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual United States - Seattle Office SES : 130,000 - 194,000 USD / Annual United States - Chicago Office CHO : 130,000 - 194,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated per
