Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.  Your Impact As the Marketing & Events Specialist for Asia, you will support execution of events, content, and marketing programs across key countries in the Asia region. You’ll be a critical partner to the Emerging Markets team and local Sales leads, helping ensure Axon shows up consistently and credibly at customer-facing moments — from trade shows to webinars and everything in between. Work Location This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is approved workplace accommodation. This role requires approximately 20% travel across the Asia region (roughly 1 to 2 times per month). What You’ll Do Plan and execute events ranging from intimate briefings (15 to 30 attendees) to large-scale trade shows and customer activations (up to 5,000+ attendees) Support webinar logistics, landing page updates, and lead capture Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy Coordinate event logistics for local trade shows, briefings, and trainings Manage materials, shipping, and setup for marketing activations in Asia Assist with campaign localization and regional content updates Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting Partner with Sales and the Sr Marketing Manager to align on needs and priorities Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy What You Bring 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and collaborating across time zones Excellent communication and follow-through Familiarity with marketing or event software a plus Ability to operate independently and learn quickly AI Expectations in This Role You’ll use AI sponsored by Axon (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, etc) to help summarize event tasks, format checklists, update communications, and manage repetitive coordination needs. AI will enable you to work faster and stay organized across multiple events and timelines.
