This position works directly with external partners, sourcing and progressing projects from initial lead to project scoping. Strong business knowledge is a must to help define the project. The Coordinator must be able to organize and prioritize competing tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Job Responsibilities:Establishes, monitors, coordinates, and controls project budgets versus actual expenditures and budget reportingAnalyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides appropriate recommendations or conclusionsServes as the initial point of contact for the project(s), serves on committees, and attends meetings representing the interests of the project(s)Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans in accordance with specifications and resource limitationsDevelops, enhances, and maintains operational standards and systems to support project teamsDepartment:Wisconsin School of Business, Office of the DeanCompensation:The minimum salary for the position is $63,000.
