This position is responsible for oversight of all aspects of Women's Rowing program including recruiting, coaching, and counseling of student-athletes. Oversee fiscal responsibilities pertaining to preparing, monitoring, and verifying expenditures associated with program. Provide leadership and instruction in the personal and athletic development of student athletes. Direct and coordinate the rowing staff including planning ,organization, and coaching of the rowing team. Support fundraising efforts for ongoing operation of rowing program.
